Soil Stabilization Solution an Advanced Co Polymer Emulsified Base Stabilizer

Soil & Dust Solutions utilizes a technologically advanced Co-Polymer Emulsified Base Stabilizer which when diluted with water and applied in accordance with our recommended application rate creates nano-particle adhesion and coalesces to create a solid soil matrix when used for all type of soil works including:

• Base Layer Stabilization for Road Construction
• Wearing Course Layer Construction 
• Surface Seal on Unpaved Roads for Dust Control
• Surface Seal on Cement for Dust Control
• Erosion Control
• Pot hole Repair
• Mine Tailings Dust Control

When used for the sub-base, base and/or wearing course of a road the results realized include:

• increase load bearing strength of the soil
• increase the CBR strength of the soil
• increase the elasticity of the surface
• reduce freeze-thaw heaving
• not allow corrugation or rutting to be created
• eliminate the requirement for future grading and watering

The properties of this soil stabilizer allow it to be extremely effective in road construction, maintenance and upgrades.  This Soil Stabilizer can be used together with local in-situ soils to form a strong base and sub-base, therefore replacing cement and in some instances aggregate as well or significantly reducing aggregate required, the result of this is a 40 -60% reduction in the costs of building a road when compared to traditional methods which require cement and imported aggregate material. 

Additional benefits include reduced maintenance and life cycle costs,  the Co-Polymer Emulsified Base Stabilizer is also used for erosion control and hydro seeding and when applied correctly on a properly designed road, potholes will not develop nor will the road require regular dust control applications.

Soil & Dust Solutions has completed numerous successful projects and as a result have several independent accredited Laboratory Test Reports conducted by Africon, Geostrada, RoadLab, and Labco, which clearly demonstrate the performance level of the product.  Copies of these reports are available upon request. Synthetic Dust Suppressant which acts as a Perpetual Wetting Agent

This Dust Suppressant is a Durable Solution for today’s challenging dust control needs, it is an agglomerate (not an adhesive); has a low viscosity; is colorless; and is applied in its pure form, requiring no dilution.  Its unique performance abilities allow it to effectively agglomerate the dust particles together and continuously wet the soil.

Formulated for the  specific purpose  of maximum dust control

• applied neat – no dilution required
• has a low viscosity
• colourless and odorless
• self penetrating
• safe for underground use
• able to be re-worked, re-used and re-processed effectively and safely 

Any equipment capable of spraying water can be used for application; can be applied on any soil or aggregate, in wet or freezing temperatures.  The product does not cure which allows for immediate use and effectiveness upon application

Application rates and maintenance requirements are dependent upon traffic volume and the amount of fugitive dust.
