A Synthetic Dust Suppressant which an ultra-pure clear liquid which works as a perpetual wetting agent.

Our Dust Control Solution is a technologically advanced perpetual wetting agent which was specifically engineered for today’s challenging dust control needs. It is an agglomerate (not an adhesive); has a low viscosity; is colorless; and is applied in its pure form, requiring no dilution.

It effectively agglomerates the dust particles together and acts a perpetual “wetting agent” continuously wetting the soil.

Applied neat, no dilution required, the effect is immediate.  The duration of performance is directly related to the penetration depth which is determined by the application rate and soil type.   It will continue performing even when the soil is re-worked. It does not wash away with rain, and has a performance period of up to 12-18 months before requiring a maintenance application.

Any equipment capable of spraying water can be used to apply the Synthetic Dust Suppressant, and it can be applied on any soil or aggregate and in the wet or freezing temperatures.

Furthermore, when integrated into a road and dust abatement management program it will reduce or in some cases completely eliminate the need for additional road maintenance as its properties allow it to continuously perform even when soil is re-worked. The product has an accumulative effect with each application and its properties allow the initial application to be effective for periods of up to 24 months pending conditions.  Results achieved : (1) reduced future maintenance  (2) elimination of water useage.

Furthermore, no designated equipment is required as applications are not required on a frequent or regular basis. Equipment and vehicles on site can be used when maintenance is required. Storage and Safety

The product is delivered in Liquid mini bulk containers which hold 1,040 litres each.  These containers allow for easy application, as if needed, they can be loaded on the back of a truck and hoses attached and product applied, or decanted into a water truck.

The containers can be rinsed out and re-used, or collected by Soil & Dust Solutions if required.
