How much is needed and How is it applied?

Ü QUANTITY AND APPLICTION RATE

The coverage of the pavement protection solution depends on
many factors, including: oxidation, permanent age and type,
chemical damage, etc. Coverage is determined by a yield test
strip that is applied prior to final quotation and pricing to
determine the average coverage rate which will be required to
provide the highest quality surface with a suitable protective
barrier.

Ü APPLICATION:

The Pavement Protection System solution is applied by a crew of
properly trained technicians in order to provide the highest quality
results obtainable.

Ü CURING:

On a standard day (20C degrees with between 50% - 75% relative humidity)
the curing time to receive traffic is approximately 2.0 hours per single layer. The
higher the temperature and the lower the humidity, the faster the cure time.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Ü Ambient temperature shall be a minimum of 10C degrees and rising.
Ü Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast within 8 hours of completed application.
Ü Application surface must be structurally sound.
